This Summer the power of imagination took center stage at the Museum, as the Museum celebrated the fun, creative, and transformative effects of imaginative play for children. Every day, children and families had the opportunity to see how far their imagination could take them. Lively themes and an Imagination Carnival allowed every Museum visitor to pretend and imagine what could be. Highlighted by themes including Return of the Dinosaurs, Imagination City, Under the Sea, and Shape Extravaganza visitors engaged in pretend play, make believe, and fantasy, while strengthening their creative and problem solving skills.
